High-Efficiency Thickener

【Introduction】: New efficient thickening equipment independently developed by Rhyther.

【 Capacity 】: 5-1400t/d.

【Improvement】: This thickener is a patent product of  patent. After improvement, the capacity becomes larger, overflow with low turbidity and discharge with a high concentration.

1. Deaeration cell is provided to avoid solid particles attaching to bubbles and settling as parachute phenomena.

2. The mineral-feeding pipe is beneath the liquid level lest air be brought in while feeding.

3. The feeding casing is moved to a lower position and a receiving plate is equipped. Therefore, the fed slurry fall evenly and steadily, preventing rolling phenomena because of the residual pressure from feeding.

4. Inner overflow weir is equipped to have the pulp flow on the pre-designed route, avoiding short circuit enlarging the sedimental area.

5. The pattern of the overflow weir is made into indented shape, eliminating part suction phenomena induced by unleveled overflow weir.
