GX high-efficiency thickener is a kind of semi-high efficiency thickener in case of no flocculent is added. Compared with common thickener, it has the following structural features: long intermediate receiving barrel; with a large-diameter receiving tray arranged at the bottom; uniform, stable and smooth feeding.

A gettering and storage tank is arranged for eliminating air bubbles in the ore pulp, which has a large processing capacity and makes the underflow concentration high.

Inquiry

1. Adding the flocculants to increased sedimentation particle size, thus speeding up the sedimentation velocity.

2. Adding the degassing tank to prevent solid particles attached to the bubbles.

3. Setting material receiving plate and cylinder moving down, the feeding evenly and steadily falling, effectively prevent the occurrence of the splashing.

4. Unit processing capacity is improved by 4 ~ 9 times, and energy-saving 30%.

This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. The slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.
